About
Sixteen years building the operational backbone at companies from early-stage to public. I've been the first IT hire twice, scaled teams from 70 to 700 and from 150 to 4,000+, and led enterprise systems through SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications, an IPO, and the shift to fully remote.
My work sits at the intersection of business operations and technology. I help teams figure out what they actually need — then I build it. That means evaluating SaaS stacks, designing integrations, standing up business processes, and increasingly, integrating AI into workflows in ways that fit how people actually work.
I've done this at Apple, Kabbage, Reddit, and ConductorOne. At every one, I started close to the ground and built up. The pattern is always the same: listen first, understand the real problem, then build something that disappears into the background.

I work with startups, senior leadership teams, non-profits, and local businesses — including companies in the Czech Republic. Every engagement starts with understanding the real problem.
First Tracks
One focused session on one real problem. Bring a SaaS evaluation, an AI integration question, a broken process, or a decision you've been circling. You'll leave with a direction — not a slide deck, not a follow-up form.
- One specific problem, one clear direction
- Honest assessment, no upsell
- Documented takeaways you can act on the same day
Deep Woods
Defined scope, defined outcome. I embed with your team for the duration — evaluating your SaaS stack, integrating AI into real workflows, redesigning a process, standing up tooling, or building out a website. We agree on what done looks like before we start.
- Fixed scope, fixed deliverable
- Real work, not just recommendations
- Clean handoff when we're done
The Long Trail
Senior operational and technical thinking without the full-time hire. I become part of your rhythm — vendor conversations, strategic decisions, process reviews, and the work that needs someone who knows the whole picture. The first IT person you've always needed.
- Monthly hours, consistently available
- Strategic and tactical — not just one or the other
- Feels like a teammate, not a contractor
Work Together
I work with teams who are trying to figure out what they actually need — and then want help building it.
If something I wrote brought you here, or you're stuck on a problem and want a second opinion — I'd like to hear about it.
