About Me

With over a decade of IT experience, I'm a seasoned professional specializing in corporate technology solutions. As the current Manager of IT Systems Operations at Reddit, Inc., I'm building a new function akin to DevOps but focused on SaaS operations. My expertise lies in managing lean IT Teams and building a culture of highly skilled generalists. I also design, plan, and implement corporate business SaaS tooling, office expansions, MDM, identity solutions, network builds, and governance solutions.

What I Bring to the Table

My Journey

My career has taken me from Apple's Genius Bar to leadership roles at Kabbage and Reddit. Along the way, I've honed my skills in:

Philosophy

I believe in the power of technology to transform businesses and enhance user experiences. My approach combines technical expertise with a keen understanding of business needs, always striving to build scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions. I believe IT teams should be built on generalists, individuals who are skilled across a corporate tech stack. Think DevOps for SaaS, SaaSOps. A team that can go from an IdP SAML problem to a Zoom network issue all the way to a deploy problem with MDM. I build these types of teams.

Why Bigfoot?

Bigfoot of the internet. I believe everyone should know how their data is being used on the internet, and how to protect themselves and their data. I like to think a Bigfoot is a metaphor for that very thing. Want to dive into how to secure your digital fingerprint on the internet?
